What Akoya Phenocycler does
Akoya Phenocycler (now PhenoCycler-Fusion 2.0 under Quanterix post-acquisition) is a spatial biology instrument for multiplexed tissue imaging and biomarker detection. It enables high-plex spatial profiling of proteins and RNA in tissue samples, mapping biomarkers to their biological origins alongside liquid biopsy data from Simoa platforms.
