Harbour BioMed specializes in transgenic mouse platforms for fully human antibody discovery, generating leads for immunology and oncology. It supports internal pipelines and partnerships with conventional screening. Compared to Abalone Bio, it does not employ massively parallel functional activity testing or GPCR-specific activation datasets. Harbour's strength lies in in vivo maturation for binders, but Abalone Bio's FAST and AI edge out for designing activators with fewer off-target effects on challenging receptors.
