The organization finances and develops underused land with infrastructure, enables families to secure legal titles within 24 months via small monthly payments, and unlocks credit and home financing using land as collateral. It offers philanthropy, impact investing through New Story Capital, and corporate partnerships as a US 501c3 nonprofit.
